First - complete the survey above - if you're suitable for my program we go into Step 2.

Step 2 - we catch up on a call where we break down exactly what you need to do by looking at what you've done and what mistakes you've made. This is exact precision fixing not just a generic outcome. This step is pivotal!

Will I Really Get Trained for FREE If I Don't Get My Results?

YES - in the induction call we will settle for your goal that you want to achieve.

We will then settle the rules of what we need to do to see those results.

Do I need to have a gym membership?

For BEST results - YES you do.

But I've had amazing transformations including the ones you've seen above with just from training at home. All you'll need is dumbells that go up to 15kgs, Suspension trainer, resistance bands and some fucking determination!

If you have that, then you'll definitely see results!

Is this some sort of FAD-Diet?

Absolutely fucking not. I HATE coaches who try to promise you the world but end up giving you a supplement shake and a few shitty no-carb keto diets for you to do.

Hey, I'm Coach Sean

Being Asian-Australian (Chinese/Singaporean) background I was always sick of the classic food that you get when you search it up.

Sandwiches, salads and random potato dishes with protein.

When I first joined up and started training - seeking to feel more confident in my skinny frail body... all the food that was possible to find to get in shape was nothing asian at all!

Working as a trainer - I was even guilty of telling my clients to give up rice and noodles in order to feel their best.

But this isn't what you want, and neither is it what I want.

We shouldn't have to choose between our culture and the body of our dreams that we feel confident in.

That's why I now coach to help ladies like you - learn to eat the asian Food that we love and are so familiar with.

As a now husband of a Vietnamese-Australian wife with a daughter who is going to be exposed to both Singaporean & Vietnamese culture; I want to teach her to be proud of her heritage too.
